Digital simulations incorporate quality site photography of the existing project location. A digital computer model is produced in photo-realistic style and inserted into the site photograph.

Pre-locating specific building corners and establishing heights on site can result in an extremely accurate assessment of just how the proposed project will look in its environment. Additional photo entourage is added for scale and realism.

This type of illustration is particularly helpful for view corridor analysis, public hearings, and neighborhood review presentations.
